Stay away from junk food! Here is a sensible recipe: a hearty breakfast, a normal lunch and a light supper. Avoid fried foods, reduce refined sugars, choose olive oil over butter; even dark chocolate is accepted! Take advantage of our advices and tricks that will facilitate some changes without having a negative impact on your morale.

Move it! That is what our body is all about and there is no need to run marathons! Cycling, skating, swimming or walking: do what you love 2 to 3 times a week.
